Lettings is if nothing else a people business, we have to manage the emotions and actions of not only ourselves and our team but the ever warring factions of landlords, tenants, neighbours and contractors, a group of individuals that by nature of the relationship have many trigger points in which they can fall out and as agents we have to keep all this on an even keel.
