Two of the UK's longest-running property exhibitions will come together from 2027, following the acquisition of the Property Investor Show by A Place in the Sun Live organiser APITS Ltd.

The move will see the Property Investor Show become part of A Place in the Sun Live at ExCeL London (16–18 April 2027) and the NEC Birmingham (24–26 September 2027), while retaining its own branding, exhibition area and seminar theatre.

The combined event will bring together overseas property, UK property investment, development and landlord sectors under one roof, creating what the organisers say will be a broader experience for both exhibitors and visitors.

Property Investor Media said the move follows growing demand from exhibitors for larger audiences and better return on investment, particularly since the pandemic, while visitors have increasingly sought a wider range of property-related content.

The Property Investor Show has been running for more than 20 years, while A Place in the Sun Live has become one of the UK's largest exhibitions for overseas property buyers. The merged format will make its debut at ExCeL London in April 2027 before moving to the NEC Birmingham in September.
