Zenzic Development Finance has lent £24m to fund the creation of a new luxury holiday resort in Oxfordshire. 

CABÜ in the Cotswolds will comprise 51 one-, two- and three-bedroom, self-catered eco-cabins with access to a range of amenities including a nature spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, shop, restaurant, two bars and a studio events space.

The 25-acre woodland site for the new resort is located on the eastern edge of the Cotswolds’ Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 15 miles northwest of Oxford.
