240 new homes set for land at Radley College

Radley College in Oxfordshire has appointed Pye Homes, part of Blenheim Estate Homes, to build 240 new homes on its land.

The homes will include 84 affordable of which 21will be shared ownership and the remaining 63 will form part of an affordable rent scheme. The remaining 156 homes will be available to buy on the open market.

Graham Flint, Pye Homes MD, said: “We are delighted to be working with such an internationally renowned institution on such a prestigious development.”

A new cycle link between Radley and Oxford via Kennington will also be part of the development.

The build programme is forecast to take approximately five years and work is anticipated to get under way in April or May 2020.
