Know Your Customer

Demographics? The dictionary tells us that as a noun the word means statistical data relating to the population and particular groups within it. As an adjective, we have relating to the structure of populations. As a property investor you have two types of customers. Those who you deal directly with when they are your tenant or as a buyer or seller of a property you have an interest in. The broader group of customers is really everyone in your market who is not your direct customer. Those who are renting or conducting sales around your specific investments and it is this larger group who will determine the market trends that will directly impact you and your direct customers.
