How many times have we as landlords received an application from the perfect tenant, good salary, stable job, long term enquiry, but, horror of horrors, they have a DOG! What is a reasonable caring landlord to do?
This is a problem faced by many landlords today, as landlords and agents, we want good stable families and long term tenants, but most of us can recall stories of where we have said yes to the pets and it has gone horribly wrong, resulting in us having our carpets ruined, kitchens chewed or worse.
